The Board of Directors of the Canadian Community Newspapers
Association are chosen by their peers from across Canada and represent the concerns
and viewpoints of their region at the national level. Officers are elected each
year at the National Convention and serve a one-year term.

As Chief Executive Officer, John is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the CCNA, including government relations. John is also the CEO of ComBase, and following a co-management agreement established in May 2008, John is also the CEO for the Canadian Newspaper Association (CNA). |

Based in Ottawa, Eileen is responsible
for increasing awareness and understanding of the community newspaper
